Call for Applications for Faculty Positions (National Cheng Kung University)

    
         The Nano-IC Engineering MS Degree Program in the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of National Cheng Kung University in Tainan, Taiwan has several faculty openings at different ranks in the general area of semiconductor electronics, especially advanced nanoelectronics and processing, characterization, and nanoscale fabrication technologies relevant to state-of-the-art and futuristic needs for design, characterization, manufacturing, and reliability optimization of high-performance integrated circuits.

        Anyone with a doctoral degree or will receive one soon in electrical engineering, physics, materials science and related disciplines who is interested in applying for such positions should send (i) a cover letter stating among others your intention to apply, contact information, major strengths and when is available for the position along with (ii) full-CV, (iii) brief research plans and (iv) courses to teach, (v) electronic copies of three representative papers, and (vi) contact information of three references to Department Chair (mhchiang@mail.ncku.edu.tw) and send a hard copy to the following address:
